Below are the
dates for the flu vaccine clinics in the Kittery schools.
Students and
staff must sign up with the school nurse and return a completed Health Screen
and Permission Form to school if you would like to receive the vaccine.
10/9 from 7 to 9:30 at Traip
10/23 from 8 to 11 at Mitchell
11/6 from 7 to 10 at Shapleigh
The first ½ hour is dedicated to staff, but staff may also receive the
vaccine during the regular hours of the flu clinic.
Please look in the Friday Folder and Nursing Blog for the Vaccine
Information Statements for both the nasal vaccine and the IM injection. At the
high school level, these were mailed home to families.
